Refund Policy:

We do not accept refunds. However, customers have the option to try on the product upon delivery while the courier waits outside. If the customer decides not to keep the product, it can be returned to the courier at that time.

Exchange Policy:

We accept exchanges within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition with no defects or signs of wear. Customers are responsible for any exchange shipping fees incurred.

Shipping Policy:

  • Other cities within Egypt: 3-5 business days
